Thanks for the link Aaron. That Corey sounds really sorry for all of the damage he has caused. His attachment to his sunglasses makes the psychologists in me wonder....
I couldn't even imagine doing something like that, but if it were life or death then you would have no choice I guess.
Oh and I was wondering if the 1492 topic for the test tomorrow is focused on the first notes that we took? The ones on Columbus' voyage, before Columbus, etc. ? Just want to make sure that I'm not studying for the wrong thing! =]
I would definetly drop the baby given the conditions at hand. However, i would much rather prefer the ones catching the baby, to have a sheet or large blanket. Something to give the poor thing some padding. Also, more surface area, so if they weren't lined up perfectly to catch it, there would be no problem. Just throw one of the bed sheets out from the window. But if there wasn't a sheet/blanket, you'd still have to let it go, sadly.
I don't think I could bring myself to drop a baby. Even though I would probably have second thoughts. If no one caught it, I would always be wondering if it would have lived if I didn't drop it, but if i didn't, i would wonder if someone would have cought it.
WOW. Ya you'd have to drop the baby. I think it was probably the best thing to do if the place was on fire. I don't know if they had any padding or security past the officer's arms. That would give me more confidence. It seems interesting if you look at the parents faces, it almost looks like they are smiling. Hmm...interesting.
i totally agree with aaron with those baby projects. i probably wouldn't throw a real baby though maybe i would jump with it and make sure the baby was with me but you can't really be sure unless you're in the situation. any way...
have you heard about this baggy pants controversy its pretty crazy.
like i said after class its a pretty big debate going on in a couple eastern/midwestern states are saying its disrespectful providing ammunition for racial profileing and they brought some rappers in on dr. phil and that one reverend dude its just all kinda crazy

Hey Alex!
Yes, you got it!
I agree, in order to toss a baby out of a window, one must be motivated by life and death!
Cheers!

Good point Taylor!

Hmm, difficult problem indeed Gillian! It also may depend on how high up you are.

Hind,
That's true! Maybe he will become a fireman or something?

Caro,
ha. It's only natural that he would, that would be a good way to complete the cirlce.
Mitchell,
They look like maybe they are in mid scream. There is no doubt that primal forces took over!
Hind,
Nice job with the math domination today! You really helped those ladies!
Cheers!
Caro
I think that I would be able to let that baby go...
...of course I'm not a mother yet, so I can't exactly talk!
Indeed Alex H. I think at best we could say it is unimaginably difficult!
Cheers!
