Mr. Caro, if you like Interpol, I think you should check out Editors.
They are a band from the UK, and have drawn comparisons to Joy Division and Interpol.

Plus, the video to their song, 'Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors' is brilliant. Be sure to check them out! :)
